Drill Pipe: Drill pipe includes pipe body and tool joints(box and pin) welded together, used to connect drilling rig surface equipment and bottom equipment or bottom hole equipment. Drill pipe can bear heavy internal and external pressure, and twist, bend and vibration which can be used more than one time during oil or gas production.

Drill pipes are steel tube fitted with threaded ends called tool joints, which are commonly used in tension in the top part of the drill string to pump fluid and transmit torque to the bit.

Process of drill pipe body Pipe end is upsetted by USD National Oil Well equipment with 1250tons weight. heating treatment is process by oven-type automatic furnace, then straigtened by 6 rollers straigtening machine, whole courese hardness test and ultrasonic inspection.
	Tool joint process Tool joint is processd by 1500T gaint pressure forging machine to ensure the quality of joint for high compactness, cleanness, hard wear resistance, homogenization of excellent mechanical performance.
process of friction welding  Adopts USA MTI equipment for friction welding, automatic computer control, heat treatment, grinding, magnetic particle inspection to guarantee high quality of the finish products.
	Process of hardbending Arnco, TCS TI, LW600 are available according to customer requirement. the finished hardbending processes with high hardness nd non-cracking character.
